About

I am a wife, mother, daughter, sister, dog-owner, car owner, homeowner, friend, cousin, god-daughter, caretaker, wine lover, beach dreamer, recovering perfectionist, aspiring do-good-enougher, MS’er and I do not believe that any of those roles truly sum up who I am – or any of us for that matter.

I was diagnosed with Relapsing and Remitting Multiple Sclerosis on January 7, 2015. A firm believer that coincidences do not exist and everything has a purpose,  I views this diagnosis as an absolute blessing.

From that moment, my life has pivoted in the most wondrous of ways. I now prescribes to a lifestyle that I plainly describe as “Simply Wholly”. A life of less, yet wholly abundant and a daily awareness of how I am nourishing my soul and feeding her body.

My story is not entirely unique and I hope through sharing my journey to health and mindfulness it will reinforce the common ground that we all share while offering the support you may need for continued growth towards your own life goals – whatever that means to you.

Welcome to Simply Wholly. I am so happy to have you.

“Whatever relationships you have attracted in your life at this moment, are precisely the ones you need in your life at this moment. There is a hidden meaning behind all events, and this hidden meaning is serving your own evolution.” – Deepak Chopra
